ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS SERVICES,
LICENSES AND PERMITS FOR THE CITY OF MINNEOTA, MINNESOTA

WHEREAS, l
icense fees, permit fees and other charges for municipal services required by and provided for in City code shall be adopted by an ordinance of the City Council; which ordinance bearing the effective date thereof, shall be kept on file in the office of the city Administrator and such fees, when so adopted, shall be uniformly enforced; and
WHEREAS,
said ordinance shall be in effect from the date set forth herein until amended or revised by subsequent resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Minneota, that the following license fees, permit fees and other charges for municipal services, as required by and provided for in the Minneota City code, shall be effective commencing JANUARY 1, 2002, as follows:
